Executive Director of Behavior and Training
Ailigh Vanderbush has been Certified Animal Behavior Trainer (CABT)
since 2000 through the Center of Applied Pet
Ethology (COAPE) in Rosshire, England. She is a Certified Dog Trainer (ABCDT),
a member of the
International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC) and the
Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT).
Ailigh holds a Professional
Educator's License in the State of Indiana.
She is currently completing her Master's in Companion Animal Behavior.
She is a
contributing writer for Ferrets Magazine, a presenter at international
conferences, and regularly conducts pet behavior consultations. She also
operates Animalia's Dog Daycare and Training Center.

Executive Director of Animal Husbandry and Education
Joel Vanderbush
has been a Zoologist since
1995 and holds a Master's degree in Education and a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology
with a concentration in Animal Behavior. He has a tremendous depth of experience working
in zoos as a zoo keeper, educator, programs manager, and
consultant. Joel holds a Professional Educator's License in the State of
Indiana. He has been a feature speaker at many national and regional
conferences and has been actively involved in planning and hosting national conferences.
Joel has written zoo training manuals, policies, programs, and curriculum.
He has been a guest instructor at numerous universities. Joel is also a wildlife artist.
