Executive Director of Behavior and Training
Ailigh Vanderbush has been Certified Animal Behavior Trainer (CABT)
since 2000 through the Center of Applied Pet
Ethology (COAPE) in Rossshire, England. She is a Certified Dog Trainer (ABCDT),
a member of the
International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC) and the
Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT).
Ailigh is currently completing her Master's in Companion Animal Behavior.
She is a
contributing writer for Ferrets Magazine, a presenter at international
conferences, and regularly conducts pet behavior consultations. She also
operates Animalia's Dog Daycare and Training Center.

Joel Vanderbush
has been a Zoologist since
1995 and holds a Masters degree in Education and a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology
with a concentration in Animal Behavior. He has a tremendous depth of experience working
in zoos as a zoo keeper, educator, programs manager, and
consultant. He has been a feature speaker at national and regional
conferences and actively involved in planning and hosting national conferences.
Joel has written zoo training manuals, policies, programs, and curriculum.
Joel is also a wildlife artist.
