Gekko gecko This gecko gets its name from the bark-like "tokay, tokay" sound that it makes. This "sticky" toed gecko has many tiny skin folds on its toes which gives it the ability to "stick" to nearly any surface as it climbs at night in search of insects. In human homes, this gecko is quite aggressive and does not make a good pet. If it gets out of its enclosure, it is very difficult to catch as it can climb the walls and across the ceiling! |
